If you already know the video picture does not matter, choose MP3 first. That lets the app focus on creating a computer-friendly audio file instead of saving unnecessary video data.
Some source audio may use codecs that are not friendly to every Windows player. MP3 is a practical output format when you need broad playback across machines, apps, and editors.
Audio-only files can become confusing later because the visual context is gone. Keep the source URL and final path in history, and use project folders when you are reviewing more than one client or campaign.
If timing, captions, edits, motion, or visual references matter, save MP4 instead. Audio-only workflows are best when sound is the deliverable or the review target.
Luma Pull lets you choose MP3 before paste, drag, or browser pull so audio-only jobs do not turn into extra conversion chores.
