License

A Luma Pull lifetime license allows one activated computer to use the app. You may deactivate an old computer and activate another through the license self-service page when needed.

Authorized Use

Luma Pull is provided for authorized media workflows. You are responsible for using it only with media you own, have permission to download, or are otherwise allowed to review, archive, or process under the rules of the site, rights holder, employer, or applicable law.

Third-Party Components

Luma Pull uses third-party media tooling and platform components to perform downloads, conversion, browser display, and updates. Those components may have their own licenses and update independently.

Availability

Supported sites can change their players, access rules, or formats at any time. Luma Pull aims to keep the workflow smooth, but no specific website is guaranteed to work forever.

Warranty

Luma Pull is provided as-is. To the maximum extent allowed by law, BTM Holdings disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
