Luma Pull includes a 14-day trial so you can confirm that the app fits your workflow before purchasing.
Refund Window
If Luma Pull does not work for your expected authorized workflow, contact support within 14 days of purchase. Include the purchase email, license key, and a short description of the issue.
License Deactivation
Approved refunds may deactivate the related license key. Refund timing is handled by Stripe and your payment provider.
