What Luma Pull Stores Locally

Luma Pull stores app settings, license state, download history, update downloads, dependency tools, logs, and optional crash logs on your computer under the app data folder.

What Is Sent To Luma Pull Services

For licensing and trials, the app may send a license key, machine fingerprint, app version, and basic activation status to the Luma Pull license service. This prevents trial resets, enables paid activations, and lets customers deactivate an old computer.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Luma Pull does not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe may send payment confirmation details such as email address, checkout ID, amount, and product information so a license key can be generated and delivered.

Downloads And Cookies

Luma Pull performs downloads on your computer. If you enable browser cookie support, the app may reference local browser cookies or a cookies file you choose so authorized sites can recognize your account. Support bundles redact common cookie paths, license keys, signed URLs, and cookie headers, but you should review anything before sharing it.

Diagnostics

Luma Pull does not silently upload analytics. If you contact support, you may choose to share a support bundle generated inside the app. That bundle is copied to your clipboard so you can review it before sending.
