Protected music services
Services such as Spotify use protected streaming playback. Luma Pull cannot extract full songs from those players. For client review work, ask for the original WAV/MP3 file, a private downloadable review link, or a rights-cleared delivery folder and paste that direct asset link into Luma Pull.
