Supported Sites

Luma Pull supports a broad set of video, audio, social, and media sites through its bundled media engine. It works as a video downloader, MP3 downloader, and download assistant for authorized links.

What "Supported" Means

Support means Luma Pull can usually inspect a public or authorized link, find the best available media format, and save it as MP4 or MP3 depending on your selection.

Authorized Account Media

Some media is only visible when you are signed in. For those cases, use the built-in browser or browser cookie setting only when you are authorized to access that content.

Why A Site May Stop Working

Websites can change players, formats, paywall behavior, or access rules. When that happens, update Luma Pull from the Update Center and try again. If it still fails, send a support bundle and the site name to support.

What We Cannot Help With

Luma Pull is not intended to bypass paywalls, account restrictions, DRM, or rights-holder rules. Use it only for workflows you are allowed to perform.
